Staff mobility

TEACHING

(for teaching staff only)
The aim of teaching:

  • acquisition of new knowledge and experience for students who are not participating in mobility programs,
  • exchange of experience in the field of teaching methodology.

Duration of teaching: 2 days to 2 months.
Applications are open only to permanently employed teaching staff of the University College which is responsible for selecting staff who receives support.
Obligations before departure:

  • member of the teaching staff signs a contract for financial support with the home institution which defines mutual rights and obligations,
  • member of the teaching staff prepares a curriculum that needs to be approved by both the home and host institution.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

(for teaching and non-teaching staff)
The aim of professional development:
acquisition of new knowledge and skills important for performing activities at the existing workplace.

Duration of professional development: 2 days to 2 months.
Applications are only open to permanently employed teaching and non-teaching staff of the University College which is responsible for selecting staff who receives support.

Obligations before departure:

  • member of the staff signs a contract for financial support with the home institution which defines mutual rights and obligations
  • member of the staff prepares a work plan that needs to be approved by both the home and host institution
